Zesty Garlic Butter Scallops Delight

 

Ingredients:
– 1 pound scallops
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon lemon zest
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Start by patting the scallops dry using paper towels to ensure they sear beautifully. This step is crucial for achieving that golden-brown color.
