Yorkshire Pudding Burger Delight

Ingredients:
– ½ cup of all-purpose flour
– 1 cup of beef broth
– 4 large eggs
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp baking powder
– ½ cup of milk
– 1 lb ground beef
– 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– Lettuce leaves for serving
– Sliced tomatoes
– Cooking oil for the pudding

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Get your muffin tin ready by greasing it with cooking oil to ensure your pudding rises beautifully.

2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder. Add in the eggs and milk, and mix until smooth.

3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Pour the batter evenly into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and puffed up beautifully.

5. While the puddings are baking, prepare your burger toppings. Slice up the tomatoes and wash the lettuce leaves.

6. Once the Yorkshire puddings are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Carefully remove them from the tin.

7. To assemble the burgers, place a Yorkshire pudding on a plate, scoop in some seasoned ground beef, add a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese, a bit of lettuce, and top with tomato slices.

8. Finish with another Yorkshire pudding on top to create a delicious burger stack. Serve warm and enjoy your unique twist on a classic burger!
