Ultimate Surf and Turf Platter

“A feast of tender steak, buttery lobster, juicy shrimp, and caramelized scallops, perfectly paired with roasted asparagus for a luxurious dining experience!”

Ingredients:
For the Steak:

2 ribeye or filet mignon steaks
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
For the Lobster Tails:

2 lobster tails, halved lengthwise
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced
Juice of ½ lemon
For the Shrimp:

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Scallops:

8 large sea scallops
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Asparagus:

1 bunch fresh asparagus
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Steak:

Rub the steaks with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare or to your preferred doneness.
Add butter and minced garlic during the last minute of cooking, spooning the melted butter over the steak for flavor.
Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
2️⃣ Cook the Lobster Tails:

Brush the lobster tails with melted butter, garlic, and lemon juice.
Place them under the broiler for 6-8 minutes, until the meat is opaque and lightly browned on the edges.
3️⃣ Sauté the Shrimp:

Toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and fully cooked.
4️⃣ Sear the Scallops:

Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel, then season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the scallops for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and caramelized.
5️⃣ Roast the Asparagus:

Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes until tender but still crisp.
6️⃣ Assemble and Serve:

Arrange the steak, lobster tails, shrimp, scallops, and roasted asparagus on a large serving platter.
Garnish with fresh parsley or chives, and serve with lemon wedges for extra brightness.
