1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
πΉ For the Mashed Sweet Potato:
1 medium sweet potato
1 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Salt to taste

1/2 avocado, diced

1οΈβ£ Prepare the Sweet Potato:
Boil or bake the sweet potato until soft. Mash with butter, cinnamon, and salt.
2οΈβ£ Make the Turkey Patty:
Mix ground turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Form into a patty.
3οΈβ£ Cook the Patty:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the turkey patty for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

Dice the avocado into small pieces.
