Tuna Sandwich Delight

 

Ingredients:
– 1 can of tuna, drained
– 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 2 slices of whole grain bread
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon chopped celery (optional)
– Lettuce leaves
– Slices of tomato

Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix together the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and chopped celery, if using.
2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your liking, and stir until well combined.
3. Toast the slices of whole grain bread until golden brown.
4. Spread the tuna mixture generously on one slice of toast.
5. Top with crisp lettuce leaves and slices of tomato.
6. Place the second slice of toast on top to create a sandwich.
7. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
