Tater Tot Casserole

 

Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 can cream of mushroom soup
– 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 lb tater tots
– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain off any excess fat.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, and half of the shredded cheese until well combined.
4. Spread this mixture into a greased baking dish.
5. Arrange the tater tots evenly on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
6. Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
7. Serve warm and dig in!
