Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
For the Fried Rice:

2 cups cooked jasmine rice (day-old rice works best)
2 tbsp sesame oil or vegetable oil
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup frozen peas
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
2 green onions, chopped
For the Biscuits:

Store-bought biscuits or homemade biscuit recipe of your choice
Instructions:

Prepare the Biscuits:

Preheat oven and bake biscuits according to package instructions or your recipe. Set aside and keep warm.
Cook the Steak:

Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3–4 minutes on each side for medium-rare or adjust to desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
In a small saucepan, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes. Heat until warmed through. Brush the glaze over the cooked steaks.
Make the Fried Rice:

Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add diced carrots and peas; sauté for 2–3 minutes.
Push veggies to one side and pour beaten eggs into the pan. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix with the veggies.
Add the cooked rice to the pan. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce. Cook for another 2–3 minutes, mixing well. Top with chopped green onions.
Assemble the Plate:

Slice the glazed steak into thin strips. Serve alongside the fried rice and biscuits. Drizzle extra glaze over the steak for added flavor.
Enjoy this hearty and flavorful dish!
