SURF AND TURF DELIGHT WITH LOBSTER SAUCE
✅️Ingredients:
2 beef filet mignon steaks (about 6 oz each)
2 lobster tails
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1 tsp lemon juice Salt & pepper to taste Fresh parsley (for garnish)
✅️Instructions:
Cook the steaks:
Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Set aside and rest.
Cook the lobster tails:
Steam or boil lobster tails until cooked through (about 5-6 minutes), then remove the meat from the shell. Make the lobster sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add broth, heavy cream, and lemon juice, simmering until thickened.
Assemble:
Slice the lobster meat and spoon the lobster sauce over both the lobster and steaks. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
