Steak and Eggs with Hash Browns

**Ingredients:**
– 1 beef steak (ribeye, sirloin, or your choice of cut)
– 2 large eggs
– 2 large potatoes
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper
– Cooking oil or butter
– Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, and other preferred steak seasonings

**Instructions:**

1. **Steak:**
– Let the steak come to room temperature by taking it out of the fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
– Season the steak with salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings you like.
– Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a bit of oil.
– Cook the steak to your desired doneness, approximately 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, depending on the thickness of the steak.
– Remove from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes.

2. **Eggs:**
– In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.
– Add a little more oil or butter if needed.
– Crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your liking: sunny-side up, over-easy, or scrambled.

3. **Hash Browns:**
– Grate the potatoes and rinse in cold water, then squeeze out as much moisture as possible using a clean towel.
– Heat a large skillet with oil or butter over medium-high heat.
– Add the grated potatoes, flattening them into a pancake shape. Cook until the bottom is golden brown and crispy, about 5-6 minutes, then flip and cook the other side.
– Season with salt and pepper, and additional garlic or onion powder if desired.

Serve the steak alongside the eggs and a portion of crispy hash browns for a hearty and satisfying breakfast. Enjoy your meal!
