Spicy Crunchy Hot Honey Chicken Delight

 

Ingredients:
– 1 pound chicken thighs, diced
– 1 cup hot honey
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 tablespoon chili powder
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) so it’s hot and ready to give that chicken a crispy finish.

2. In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly to ensure every piece is well-coated.
