Smoked Salmon Avocado Mousse Tacos

 

📝12 Ingredients:
• 8 oz Smoked salmon
• 2 Avocados, ripe
• 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes
• 1 tbsp Dill, fresh
• 1 Dill, Fresh
• 1 clove Garlic
• 1/4 cup Red onion
• 1/4 cup Capers
• 2 tbsp Lime juice, fresh
• 1/4 tsp Black pepper
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 8 Tortillas, small low-carb

**Instructions:
1. Prepare Ingredients – Dice the cherry tomatoes, mince the garlic, chop the red onion, and roughly chop the fresh dill.
2. Make Avocado Spread – Mash the avocados with lime juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
3. Assemble Wraps – Spread a layer of avocado mixture on each tortilla.
4. Add Fillings – Top with smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes, red onion, capers, and fresh dill.
5. Wrap & Serve – Roll up the tortillas tightly and enjoy fresh!
