Shrimp, Veggie, and Egg Bowl

Ingredients:

🍤 Cooked shrimp
🥦 Broccoli (steamed)
🍅 Cherry tomatoes (halved)
🥔 Roasted or boiled potatoes (cubed)
🥚 Hard-boiled egg (halved)
🌽 Sweetcorn
🌭 Chicken or turkey sausages (sliced and pan-fried)
Steps:

🥔 Roast potatoes with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper until golden and crispy.
🥦 Steam broccoli until tender and bright green.
🌭 Pan-fry sausage slices until browned.
🥚 Boil eggs and cut them in half.
🍤 Arrange cooked shrimp, broccoli, tomatoes, sweetcorn, sausage slices, and potatoes in a bowl.
Optional: Drizzle with your favorite dressing or a squeeze of lemon juice for extra zest.
