Shrimp, Veggie, and Egg Bowl
Ingredients:
π€ Cooked shrimp
π₯¦ Broccoli (steamed)

Cherry tomatoes (halved)
π₯ Roasted or boiled potatoes (cubed)
π₯ Hard-boiled egg (halved)
π½ Sweetcorn
π Chicken or turkey sausages (sliced and pan-fried)
Steps:
π₯ Roast potatoes with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper until golden and crispy.
π₯¦ Steam broccoli until tender and bright green.
π Pan-fry sausage slices until browned.
π₯ Boil eggs and cut them in half.
π€ Arrange cooked shrimp, broccoli, tomatoes, sweetcorn, sausage slices, and potatoes in a bowl.
