Savory Pork Chop Delight

Ingredients:
– 2 bone-in pork chops
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 tablespoon butter
– 1 cup green beans, trimmed
– 1 cup mashed potatoes

Instructions:
1. Start by seasoning the pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
3. Sear the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown and cooked through. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the Dijon mustard, fresh rosemary, and chicken broth. Stir well, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
5. Return the pork chops to the skillet, cover, and let simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing them to soak in all that flavor.
6. In the meantime, boil water in a separate pot and cook the green beans for 4-5 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
7. Once the pork chops are done, remove them from the skillet and stir in butter to the sauce until melted.
8. Serve the pork chops with a generous spoonful of sauce, alongside the green beans and creamy mashed potatoes.
