Ingredients:
– 1 cup uncooked rice

– 2 cups beef broth
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1/2 cup diced onions

– 1 can diced tomatoes (15 ounces)

– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and sauté until they become translucent.
