REFRESHING COLESALAD
INGREDIENTS :
1/2 with green
1 eggplant
1/2 red onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of apple vinegar
1 spoonful of sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut cabbage, carrots and onions in fine juliana.
Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Add cabbage, carrot and onion to bowl, mix well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. ππ₯π―β
