Ingredients

For the Pumpkin Mascarpone Filling:

1 cup pumpkin puree 🎃
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 🍂
1 cup mascarpone cheese, softened 🧀
1 cup heavy whipping cream 🥛
½ cup granulated sugar 🍚
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🌿
For the Espresso Mixture:

1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee ☕
2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional) 🍸
1 tablespoon granulated sugar 🍚
For Assembly:

24–30 ladyfinger cookies 🍪
Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting 🍫
Ground cinnamon, for dusting (optional) 🍂
Instructions
Prepare the Pumpkin Mascarpone Filling

In a medium bowl, combine the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well blended.
In a separate large bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with the granulated sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cheese until combined.
Fold in the spiced pumpkin puree until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
Prepare the Espresso Mixture

In a shallow dish, combine the brewed espresso, coffee liqueur (if using), and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
Assemble the Tiramisu

Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the espresso mixture, ensuring they are moistened but not soggy.
Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a 9×9-inch (23×23 cm) dish.
Spread half of the pumpkin mascarpone filling over the ladyfingers, smoothing it into an even layer.
Repeat the process with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining filling.
Chill and Serve

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
Before serving, dust the top with unsweetened cocoa powder and a light sprinkle of ground cinnamon, if desired.
Slice into squares and serve chilled.
Tips for Success
Quick Dipping: Dip the ladyfingers into the espresso mixture briefly to prevent them from becoming too soggy, which can affect the texture of the tiramisu.

Chilling Time: Allowing the tiramisu to chill overnight enhances the flavors and ensures a firm, sliceable dessert.

Alcohol-Free Option: Omit the coffee liqueur for an alcohol-free version; the dessert will still be rich and flavorful.

Enjoy crafting and savoring this trending Pumpkin Spice Tiramisu, which brings a festive twist to a beloved classic! 🎃☕
