Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna

Ingredients
For the Meat Sauce:

1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled 🥓
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Cheese Layers:

1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 large egg, beaten 🥚
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
For the Noodles:

9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
Directions
Prepare the Meat Sauce:

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add Aromatics and Bacon: Stir in chopped onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant. Add crumbled bacon.
Simmer the Sauce: Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Prepare the Cheese Mixture:

Mix the Cheeses: In a bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, 1 cup mozzarella, egg, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth.
Assemble the Lasagna:

Layer the Ingredients: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom. Add a layer of noodles, followed by the cheese mixture and meat sauce. Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce.
Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
Bake the Lasagna:

Cover and Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Uncover and Finish: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve and Enjoy:
Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with a fresh salad or garlic bread.
