Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Rolls
Ingredients:
– 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
– 16 slices mozzarella cheese
– 32 slices pepperoni
– 1/4 cup marinara sauce
– 1 tablespoon melted butter
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
3. Place 2 slices of mozzarella cheese and 2 slices of pepperoni on each triangle.
4. Roll up the crescent rolls, tucking in the sides to seal the cheese and pepperoni inside.
5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, garlic powder, oregano, and parsley.
7. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
9. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
