Mango & Avocado Salad
- Ingredients:
1 ripe mango, diced 🥭
1 ripe avocado, diced 🥑
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced 🧅
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 🌿
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 tbsp lime juice 🍋
1 tsp black sesame seeds (optional) ⚫
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients: Dice the mango and avocado into bite-sized cubes. Thinly slice the red onion.
Mix: Combine mango, avocado, red onion, and chopped cilantro in a bowl.
Dress the Salad: Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and black sesame seeds (if using).
Toss Gently: Mix carefully to avoid mashing the avocado.
