Directions
1. Marinate the Swordfish:

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, thyme, rosemary, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Place the swordfish steaks in a shallow dish or resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
Let the steaks marinate in the refrigerator for 20โ€“30 minutes.
2. Preheat the Grill:

Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
3. Grill the Swordfish:

Remove the swordfish steaks from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off.
Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4โ€“5 minutes per side, or until they are opaque and easily flake with a fork.
4. Serve:

Transfer the grilled swordfish to a platter.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for extra zest.
Tips for Perfect Swordfish Steaks:
Avoid overcooking; swordfish should remain moist and tender.
Pair with a crisp green salad, roasted potatoes, or grilled vegetables for a balanced meal.
Add a pinch of red chili flakes to the marinade for a spicy twist.
