Lamb chops with lemon butter and garlic

Ingredients :
– 4 lamb chops
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
– 4 minced garlic cloves
– Zest and juice of 1 lemon
– 1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh lemon slices for garnish
Instructions :
1. Start by seasoning the lamb chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the lamb chops to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they’re tender.
4. Once the ribs are cooked, remove them from the pan and set them aside on a plate.
5. In the same pan, lower the heat and add butter and minced garlic. Simmer for about 2 minutes until garlic gets fragrant.
6. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest and fresh rosemary. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
7. Turn the lamb chops into the pan, spooning garlic lemon butter by spoon. Cook for an extra minute to warm them up.
8. Transfer the lamb chops into a serving tray, drizzle with garlic butter and garnish with fresh lemon slices.
