Hot Fudge Brownie Bread

Ingredients
For the Brownie Bread:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 🧈
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs 🥚
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder 🍫
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
For the Fudge Swirl:
1/3 cup hot fudge sauce, slightly warmed 🍫
Directions
Prepare the Batter:
Mix Wet Ingredients: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Assemble the Bread:
Prepare the Pan: Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
Layer the Batter: Pour half the brownie batter into the pan. Drizzle half of the hot fudge sauce over the batter. Add the remaining brownie batter and drizzle the rest of the hot fudge on top.
Swirl: Use a knife or skewer to create swirls in the batter for a marbled effect.
Bake the Bread:
Bake: Place the pan in the oven and bake for 50–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).
Cool: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
Serve and Enjoy:
Slice and serve this rich, fudgy brownie bread warm or at room temperature, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
