High-Protein Chicken Burrito Bowl

A healthy, delicious, and protein-packed meal bursting with flavor!
📝 Ingredients:
For the Grilled Chicken:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp lime juice
For the Bowl:
1 cup cooked black beans (drained & rinsed)
1 cup corn (fresh or canned, drained)
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
½ cup pico de gallo (tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt)
½ cup guacamole (mashed avocado, lime juice, salt, cilantro)
🍽️ Step by Step:
1️⃣ Marinate & Cook the Chicken:
In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and lime juice.
Coat chicken breasts evenly and marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
Let rest for 5 minutes, then chop into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mash avocado with lime juice, salt, and cilantro.
For the pico de gallo, combine chopped tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
