Healthy Thai Chicken Salad

 

🔸 Ingredients:
– 2 cups cooked chicken breast
– 4 cups mixed greens
– 1 cup sliced bell peppers
– 1 cup shredded carrots
– 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
– ¼ cup chopped cilantro
– ¼ cup chopped mint
– 3 tbsp lime juice
– 2 tbsp fish sauce (or soy sauce)
– 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
– 1 tsp chili flakes
– 2 cloves minced garlic
