Healthy food | Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

๐Ÿฅฌ Lettuce leaves
๐Ÿš Cooked brown or white rice
๐Ÿฅ’ Sliced cucumbers
๐Ÿ— Grilled chicken breast
๐ŸŒฟ Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:

Prepare the chicken:

Marinate chicken breast with soy sauce, honey, garlic, and black pepper for 30 minutes.
Grill or pan-fry until golden brown and fully cooked. Slice into strips.
Assemble the bowl:

Add a bed of ๐Ÿฅฌ lettuce to one side of the bowl.
Place ๐Ÿš cooked rice next to the lettuce.
Add ๐Ÿฅ’ cucumber slices on the other side.
Top and serve:

Place the sliced ๐Ÿ— chicken on the rice.
