Healthy food | Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
๐ฅฌ Lettuce leaves
๐ Cooked brown or white rice
๐ฅ Sliced cucumbers
๐ Grilled chicken breast
๐ฟ Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the chicken:
Marinate chicken breast with soy sauce, honey, garlic, and black pepper for 30 minutes.
Grill or pan-fry until golden brown and fully cooked. Slice into strips.
Assemble the bowl:
Add a bed of ๐ฅฌ lettuce to one side of the bowl.
Place ๐ cooked rice next to the lettuce.
Add ๐ฅ cucumber slices on the other side.
Top and serve:
Place the sliced ๐ chicken on the rice.
