Grilled Salmon with Lemon Butter

 

Ingredients:

For the Salmon:

2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lemon, zested and juiced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Lemon Butter Sauce:

2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions:

Prepare the Salmon: Rub salmon fillets with olive oil, lemon zest and juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Grill the Salmon: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill salmon for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
Make the Lemon Butter Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Serve: Serve the grilled salmon immediately with the lemon butter sauce.
Tips:

You can use any type of salmon for this recipe.
For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the salmon seasoning.
Serve the salmon with your favorite side dishes, such as roasted vegetables or a salad.
