Grilled Pork Loin with Creamy Dill Sauce

 

A classic summer dish with a tangy twist! 🍗

Ingredients:

For the Pork Loin:

1 (1.5 pound) boneless pork loin
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Dill Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Prepare the Pork Loin: Brush pork loin with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the Pork Loin: Grill pork loin over medium-high heat for 4-6 minutes per side, or until desired level of doneness.
Make the Dill Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Slice and Serve: Slice the pork loin and serve with dill sauce.
Tips:

For a thicker sauce, add a tablespoon of cream cheese to the dill sauce.
Serve with roasted vegetables or a side salad.
You can also bake the pork loin in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
