Ingredients (Serves 4)
For the Breadfruit Steaks:
1 medium breadfruit, peeled, cored, and sliced into 1-inch thick steaks
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste

1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped 🌿

1 teaspoon lemon zest 🍋

Instructions
Prepare the Breadfruit:
Peel and core the breadfruit, then slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
Brush each slice with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Make the Smoky Herb Oil:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, thyme, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
