Ingredients:
– Fresh fish fillets (such as salmon or tilapia)
– Soy sauce
– Fresh ginger, minced
– Garlic, minced
– Green onions, sliced
– Olive oil
– Lime juice
– Salt and pepper
– Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Begin by marinating the fish fillets. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the fish fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes for full flavor absorption.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the marinated fish fillets carefully to the skillet.
4. Cook the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side until it is golden and flakes easily with a fork.
5. During the last minute of cooking, sprinkle sliced green onions on top for added flavor.
6. Once cooked, remove the fish from the skillet and plate it. Drizzle any leftover marinade over the top.
7. Finish off with a sprinkle of sesame seeds for added crunch and garnish.
