Garlic Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms

 

Ingredients:
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 12 large mushrooms
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
– Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).

2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Set the caps aside. Finely chop the stems.

3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped mushroom stems and minced garlic. Sauté for about 3 minutes or until garlic is fragrant.

4. In a bowl, combine the sautéed mixture with breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, black pepper, and salt. Mix until everything is evenly coated.

5. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the breadcrumb mixture.

6. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray and drizzle a little extra olive oil over them for added flavor.

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and crispy.

8. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your delicious bites!
