Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Potatoes:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil.
2. Toss the halved potatoes with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Cook the potatoes in the skillet, cut-side down, for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and tender. Stir occasionally. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Steak:
1. In the same skillet, add olive oil over high heat.
2. Season the steak bites with salt and black pepper.
3. Sear the steak in batches to avoid overcrowding. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Combine Steak and Potatoes:
1. Lower the heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
2. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Return the potatoes and steak to the skillet, toss to coat in the garlic butter.
4. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring gently.
4️⃣ Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle chopped parsley over the steak and potatoes before serving.
