Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

 

Ingredients:
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 cups pasta (your choice)
– 4 chicken breasts, diced
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 4 tablespoons butter
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
– Olive oil

Instructions:
1. Start by cooking the pasta according to package instructions. Once it’s al dente, drain it and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.

3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

4. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

5. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth and creamy.

8. Add the cooked pasta and chicken into the skillet, tossing everything to coat well in the creamy sauce.

9. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

10. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley for that extra touch!
