Flavor-Packed Garlic Butter Steak Skillet

Ingredients:
– Salt and pepper
– Fresh parsley, chopped
– Sirloin steak or any preferred cut
– Garlic, minced
– Unsalted butter
– Olive oil
– Fresh rosemary, chopped
– Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:
1. Start by seasoning your steak generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Let it sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of olive oil.

3. Once the oil is shimmering, add the steak to the pan. Sear it for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust the time according to your preferred doneness.

4. While the steak cooks, melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat and add minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and optional red pepper flakes. Stir for about a minute until fragrant.

5. When the steak is almost done, pour the garlic butter mixture over it in the skillet. Finish cooking for an additional minute, spooning the butter over the steak to keep it moist and flavorful.

6. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.

7. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top for a burst of color and flavor. Enjoy!
