Festive Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls

 

Ingredients:
– 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
– 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
– 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
– 1/4 cup chicken broth
– 1 tsp dried sage
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 2 eggs

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped cranberries, onion, celery, and parsley.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, and eggs.
4. Pour the broth mixture over the turkey mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
5. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
6. Place the stuffing balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
8. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
