Exquisite Lamb Chops with Lobster Mash

 

Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:

8 lamb chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

2 lobster tails
4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup butter
Salt and pepper to taste

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for garnish

Preparation:
Season the lamb chops with garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Preheat the oven to 400F (200C) and prepare the asparagus.

Cooking:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the lamb chops for 3-4 minutes on each side to desired doneness. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash with cream, butter, salt, and pepper. Cook the lobster tails in boiling water for 8-10 minutes, then chop the meat and fold it into the mashed potatoes. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast for 12-15 minutes.

Final touches:
Plate a generous scoop of lobster mashed potatoes, arrange the lamb chops around it, and place asparagus on the side. Garnish with lemon wedges.
