Easy No Knead Rosemary Parmesan Bread

Ingredients:
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
– 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
– 1 cup warm water
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, dried rosemary, grated Parmesan cheese, and instant yeast. Mix well to combine all the dry ingredients.
2. Slowly add the warm water to the dry mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms.
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours. The dough will rise and develop bubbles.
4. After the resting period, flour your work surface generously. Turn the dough out onto the floured surface and sprinkle the top with flour. Shape the dough into a ball by folding the edges toward the center.
5. Place the dough seam side down onto a piece of parchment paper and cover it with a clean kitchen towel. Let it rest for about 30 minutes while you preheat your oven.
6. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Place a Dutch oven or heavy pot (with the lid) inside the oven while it preheats.
7. Carefully remove the hot pot from the oven. Lift the parchment paper with the dough and place it inside the pot. Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.
8. After 30 minutes, remove the lid and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crusty.
