Divine Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake Bliss

 

Ingredients:
– 1 ½ cups crushed chocolate graham crackers
– 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup heavy whipping cream
– ½ cup powdered sugar
– 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions:
1. Begin by preparing the crust. In a bowl, mix the crushed chocolate graham crackers with melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the butter in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.

3. In a separate large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.

4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
