Decadent Triple Chocolate Cheesecake Delight

 

Ingredients:
– 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
– 2 cups cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 3 large eggs
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 8 ounces dark chocolate, melted
– 8 ounces milk chocolate, melted
– Whipped cream for topping (optional)
– Chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and 4 tablespoons of melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to create the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.

3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the granulated sugar and cocoa powder, mixing until well incorporated.

4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on a low speed to avoid over-beating. Make sure each egg is fully blended before adding the next.

5. Stir in the sour cream and vanilla extract until the mixture is fluffy and smooth.

6. Gradually pour in the melted dark chocolate and milk chocolate, mixing until everything is combined evenly.

7. Pour the cheesecake batter into the cooled crust, smoothing out the top with a spatula.

8. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional 30 minutes to prevent cracking.

9. Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best results.

10. When ready to serve, top with whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate shavings for a delightful finish.
