Crispy chicken Recipe

Ingredients
– 2 pounds chicken wings
-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
-Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
If the wings are whole, cut them into flats and drumettes. Pat them dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss the chicken wings in the flour mixture until they are evenly coated. Shake off any excess flour.
Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a large pot to 375°F (190°C).
Carefully place the wings in the hot oil, frying them in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry each batch for about 10-12 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the wings to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
Serve the crispy chicken wings as they are, with your favorite sides or dipping sauces, and enjoy!
