Ingredients
For the Pork Belly
Pork belly 🐖: 2 lbs, cut into 1-inch cubes
Olive oil 🫒: 2 tbsp
BBQ dry rub 🌶️: 3 tbsp
For the Sauce
BBQ sauce 🍖: 1/2 cup
Honey 🍯: 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 🍬: 1 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar 🍎: 1 tbsp
Butter 🧈: 2 tbsp, melted
Step-by-Step Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Pork Belly
Preheat your oven or smoker to 250°F (120°C).
Toss the pork belly cubes 🐖 with olive oil 🫒 and BBQ dry rub 🌶️, ensuring even coating.
2️⃣ Cook the Pork Belly
Place the seasoned pork belly cubes on a wire rack set over a baking sheet.
Cook for 2-2.5 hours, or until the pork is tender and beginning to crisp.
3️⃣ Make the Sauce
