Crab Meat with Egg Rolls

 

🍂Ingredients:

8 egg roll wrappers
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cooked crab meat (or imitation crab), chopped
2 tbsp green onions, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp soy sauce
Vegetable oil for frying

🍂Preparation:

1.Prepare the filling:
🔸Mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce in a bowl until smooth.

2.Assemble the egg rolls:
🔸Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper.
🔸Fold the sides, then roll up tightly, sealing with a bit of water.

3.Fry the egg rolls:
🔸Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
🔸Fry the egg rolls for 3-4 minutes, turning until golden and crispy.

4.Serve:
🔸Serve with sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce for dipping!
