Classic Greek Salad

 

Ingredients:

2 cups sliced cucumber
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 red onion, sliced
1/4 cup Kalamata olives
1/4 cup green olives
1/2 cup cubed feta cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Instructions:

Combine cucumber, tomatoes, onion, olives, and feta in a bowl.
Sprinkle oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar.
Toss gently and serve fresh.
