Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Ingredients:
– 3 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 cup milk, warmed
– 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 2 large eggs
– 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the warmed milk and the active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, and salt.
3. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic.
5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm spot for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
6. Once risen, punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle.
7. Spread the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture over the dough for the swirl filling. Roll it tightly into a log.
8. Place the log into a greased loaf pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
9. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
10. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
11. Cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy!
