Ingredients
3 potatoes
1⁄2 chorizo
Thyme (according to the taste)
poivre, sel
2 c. à. s of the olive oil
1 puff pastry
4 oeufs
1 c. à. s of liquid cream

Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 175°C (thermostat 5-6).
Peel and rinse the potatoes and cut them into thin rounds.
Put them back to the skillet, on low heat, in a little olive oil.
When the potatoes start to soften, add the chorizo cut into pieces.
Meanwhile, mix in a bowl all 4 eggs, liquid cream, salt and pepper.
Pour it all over the puff pastry that has been spread beforehand on a pie plate.
When the chorizo starts melting and coloring the potatoes in the pan, add a little thyme and stop the fire.
Next, you just have to spread the chorizo-potato mixture onto your batter.
Bake for 20 min and serve with a green salad.
