Chocolate Chip Zucchini Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 cup grated zucchini
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the grated zucchini, mashed bananas, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
3. Add in the sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir to mix everything together.
4. Gradually fold in the flour until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed in the batter.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8. Let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
