Chicken with green onions Recipe

 

🍂Ingredients:

4 chicken thighs with bones and skin
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
4-5 green onions (or chives), chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
240 ml chicken broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine
1 teaspoon sugar

🍂Instructions:

1.Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

2.Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

3.Add chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides.

4.Add green onions and garlic to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

5.Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, rice wine, and sugar. Bring to a simmer.

6.Cover the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.

7.Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
