Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Rolls

 

Ingredients:

2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour 🌾

1 tbsp sugar 🍬

2 tsp baking powder ⬆️

1/2 cup (120ml) milk πŸ₯›

1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted 🧈

1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese πŸ§€

2 cloves garlic, minced πŸ§„

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Grease a muffin tin or baking dish.

2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add milk and melted butter, stirring until a dough forms. 🌾πŸ₯›

3. Divide the dough into small portions, flatten slightly, and stuff with mozzarella cheese. Roll into balls. πŸ§€

4. Arrange the dough balls in the baking dish. Combine minced garlic and melted butter, then brush over the rolls. πŸ§„πŸ§ˆ

5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. 🌿
