Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Rolls
Ingredients:
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour πΎ
1 tbsp sugar π¬
1 tsp salt π§
2 tsp baking powder β¬οΈ
1/2 cup (120ml) milk π₯
1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted π§
1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese π§
2 cloves garlic, minced π§
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped πΏ
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Grease a muffin tin or baking dish.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add milk and melted butter, stirring until a dough forms. πΎπ₯
3. Divide the dough into small portions, flatten slightly, and stuff with mozzarella cheese. Roll into balls. π§
4. Arrange the dough balls in the baking dish. Combine minced garlic and melted butter, then brush over the rolls. π§π§
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. πΏ
