Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Rice Casserole

2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
2 cups cooked white rice
2 cups fresh broccoli florets (steamed)
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, cooked rice, steamed broccoli, cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle extra shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and golden.
Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and serve warm.
