Cheesy Beef-Stuffed Shells Delight
Ingredients:
– 12 jumbo pasta shells
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
3. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
4. Stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
5. Add half of the marinara sauce to the beef mixture and stir until combined.
6. Fill each pasta shell with the beef mixture, placing them seam side up in a baking dish.
7. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, ensuring they are well covered.
8. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
9. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
11. Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh basil if desired, and serve warm.
