Buttered Noodles & Chicken

 

Ingredients:
– 2 cups egg noodles
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 2 chicken breasts, diced
– 1/4 cup butter
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 7-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.

3. Reduce the heat to low, then add the butter to the skillet with the chicken. Allow the butter to melt, creating a rich sauce with the chicken juices.

4. Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet, mixing them well with the chicken and butter sauce to ensure everything is coated evenly.

5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor. Enjoy!
